Outside guests must purchase their tickets online via a separate link and complete a separate paper permission slip, which must be printed, manually signed, and approved by ECHS administration. They must meet the age requirements, meaning they must be a high school student at least 14 years old and no older than 20. Additionally, ECHS students must present their guests' completed permission slips when collecting tickets.
Ticket Pickup
Ticket reservation is NOT CONFIRMED until the student has picked up their physical ticket. ASB will be in front of the clock tower on the following dates to distribute tickets. April 20–24 and April 27-May 1. If you invite an outside guest, please pick up a ticket for them as well.
*PLP students who are not on campus during lunch should pick up their tickets from Ms. Gist in the A Building.
Dance Entry Requirements
Every student and parent must carefully review the dress code outlined in the sign-up form. Students not adhering to the dress code will be denied entry, and no refunds will be issued.
Students must present valid identification (school ID card or driver's license) along with their ticket for admission. Guests from other schools must also provide valid identification.
Important Reminders
Guest permission slips can be obtained from the front office.

CAMPUS CULTURE & COMMUNITY SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

Escondido Pop Warner Football and Cheer
Escondido Pop Warner football and cheer sign-ups are now open, and we’re working to fill our rosters—especially hoping to connect with Heritage families. We are also looking for volunteers to help run the snack bar during home games. This is a great opportunity for high school students to earn community service hours.

AI and Public Impact Summer Research
Inspirit AI Research matches students in grades 6–12 with MIT and Stanford researchers to apply AI to research in urban planning, public policy, and civic technology. Students submit their research to academic journals and science competitions like ISEF. Applications are due April 30.

Town and Country
Town and Country will meet on the following upcoming dates: April 28 and May 12 (the final T&C of the semester). This community service opportunity runs from 3:45 to 5:00 p.m. Pick up a permission slip from the front office or future center. All the information is on the permission slip, or contact Mrs. Dixon-Reister for more details. We hope to see you there!

Fall Musical Informational Meeting
There is a Fall Musical informational meeting on Tuesday, May 5, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the theater.  For more information, please email jmccormick@amhcs.org.

Europe 2028

Robotics
We have completed all of our competitions for this year. We fought hard in a difficult environment and did our best to play the game as one. The two events we competed in are at the link to Blue Alliance. We are team 2839 Daedalus.

Thank you for your continued support. The team plans to build robots this spring to prepare for off-season events next September and October.

WE NEED HAND and POWER Tools, so if you have old tools sitting around, we can use them  to help students learn to be handy.  We are also looking for a low pile carpet donation.  If you know of anyone that might be willing to give us carpet we can use it to practice for the games. If you have anything to give, please either leave them at the front desk at ECHS, by the robotics lab or email tdewey@amhcs.org. Thank you!

Please consider a donation to these hard-working students. Your donation is tax-deductible, and can be made using this Paypal link.
